2015–2026
  • Brought research and feedback-email digests into Employer Mobile App planning. Ran planning sessions, compared and prioritised opportunities, and helped shape the roadmap with product managers and the engineering lead.
  • Facilitated a remote design sprint with 40+ participants for Virtual Recruiter, then continued prototype testing and employer-journey design as the team took the concept into production in six months.
  • Designed job selection for shared employer accounts, linking the jobs each recruiter sees with the notifications they receive.
  • First UX Lead for Indeed University in 2019: managed one associate product manager and three engineers, organised 10+ UX colleagues, and created facilitator guides and coaching to support the teams.
  • iPride APAC Co-Chair, 2016-2023. Supported education, consultation and Tokyo Rainbow Pride participation; reviewed LGBTQ+ benefits and workplace policies with HR partners and an external legal consultant.

  • Managed and mentored two visual designers and two interns. Provided direction and reviews for marketing designers across seven regions through dotted-line reporting.
  • Redesigned the jobsDB UI elements and led the refresh, working directly with TBWA's creatives on the brand guidelines.
  • Led the design, implementation and rollout of the jobsDB email framework and international guidelines for regional marketing teams.
  • Led a separate taskforce of five engineers and two UX designers to build a shared interface library for jobsDB and JobStreet.
